In cases with severe ED which do not respond to any other treatment modality, PP can offer a radical, permanent and satisfactory solution for both the patient and the partner. This is done by implantation of silicon cylinders inside the penis which mimic normal erection. They can be malleable(1 piece) or inflatable(3 piece PP). He will not experince any change in the sense of erection, he will have full control of the duration of his erection. He will feel no difference in orgasm or ejaculation. He can go on with the intercourse as long as he or she asks for it because he will have the control of the erection via a pump put inside the scotum. He can have children. He can wear his swim-suit and go to the beach and no one will understand that he is harboring a 3 piece PP . She will not feel any kind of a difference in the natural course of the sexual intercourse.
